Initially we are concerned with creating a document that succinctly outlines the needs of the project from the clientÕs point of view.
General and specific items need to be addressed, including: why,project definition, features and services desired, initial realistic schedule, budgetary, purpose or product, initial strategy ( develop brand, develop and validate business plan ) intellectual property, and other ownership issues should also be addressed during this time. If these initials are not realistic, then it should serve as an indication as to whether the project will be a success.
The client will give us an initial brief, or completed questionaire, that addresses many of the above and states any other needs they may have.
