Based in Bangkok, Crystal Evolution was established in 2002 and produces beautiful unique body jewellery using a free setting system with Swarovski crystals. Their business is primarily B2B but they want to dramatically increase their sales directly to their end customer through their e-commerce site. I gave them an expert design assessment, a marketing and sales strategy, new site information architecture, and provided their in-house team with the knowledge to complete the work.
